It is warm! Water, a super drink. And what is it tempting to plop down in the garden with a nice glass of cold rosé ... But if it is as warm as today (more than 30 degrees), then that might not be such a good idea. It is also not such a good idea to sit behind the PC for too long, so we keep it short. As an alternative to the rosé, we drink ginger water today. But first something more about ginger.
This is the best known advantage of ginger and also the best scientifically substantiated.

And finally: it is of course a delicious ingredient. And that starts with the simplest recipe with ginger, namely ginger water. Drinking water helps with losing some weight.
I usually use about 3 cm of ginger root for a liter of water. Peel the ginger and cut the carrot into small cubes of about one cm diameter or thin slices and put them in a jug or teapot. Pour a liter of boiling water and let it draw. The taste is optimal for lukewarm. During the day you can pour a liter of boiling water, but after that you have to throw away the ginger cubes.
