Recipe ginger water
Great tasting water from your water cooler Tanah Merah. I usually use about 3 cm of ginger root for a litre of water. Peel the ginger and cut the carrot into small cubes of about one cm diameter or thin slices and put them in a jug or teapot. Pour a litre of boiling water and let it draw. The taste is optimal for lukewarm. During the day you can pour a litre of boiling water, but after that, you have to throw away the ginger cubes.
