Why is drinking water so important

Water, a super drink. "Drink water!" Everywhere you hear it, and in my ebook, I recommend that you drink 2 liters of water a day. But why should we actually drink so much water? Simply because water is the basis for a healthy body!
Water is one of the most important nutrients

In an ideal situation, our body consists of about 75% of salty water. This water is necessary for all kinds of processes in our body to keep it healthy and vital. To lose weight, we ask something more from our body and these processes, so it is even more important to keep our water management level up. Simply by drinking enough water, we can ensure that our body cells consistently contain 75% water and can continue to work optimally. This also eliminates drying and thus various physical discomforts.
How do you recognize water shortage?

Our body does not have the ability to make a substantial amount of water. If the supply of water stagnates, our body will have to take immediate action to water the most important components (such as the brain and nervous system). Unfortunately, this is at the expense of other parts of the body, which can be damaged.

The body uses a variety of signals to indicate that there is an urgent need for water. What does water do in your body. Many of these have to do with the fact that the brain has too little water, and therefore energy.

Signals may be:

- Fatigue for no apparent reason, Fatique solved by drinking water.
- to blush
- feeling irritable
- Feel angry
- poor concentration
- have a heavy head
- Shortness of breath
- urge for coffee, tea, fresh or alcoholic beverages
- eat too much
- extra candy
and much more...

Water as a medicine

It may sound strange in your ears, but a (long) shortage of water can be the cause of various health problems. After scientific research, it has become clear that dehydration and the associated acid build-up in the cells can cause traditional pain, such as:

- burning stomach acid and stomach ache
- headache and migraine
- Rheumatic joint pain
- lower back pain
- arthrosis
- hot flashes
- overweight, Drinking water helps with losing some weight.
- gout
- Osteoporosis (bone loss)
and much more.....

If you have a pain or a malady, the cause of which is not immediately clear to you, drink water at least! If not, it will not hurt

How do I get that wisdom?

Through coincidence, an Iranian doctor discovered the medicine of water. Doctor Batmanghelidj (or Doctor Batman) then examined the healing effect of water and his findings were published for the first time in June 1983. After that, he devoted the rest of his life to research into the effects of dehydration on the human body.

His main premise is:
The body does not initially suffer from a chronic shortage of water due to a dry mouth but through pain.

How much water should you drink?

Daily you lose more moisture than you think!
As previously indicated, our body consists of 75% of water and by body activities we consume about 1.5 to 2.5 liters of water in a healthy situation. It goes without saying that we need to fill this shortage ourselves. If you drink less than your body consumes (prolonged) drying out, you are not even aware of it.
If you're thirsty, you're late too late .....

Drink over 2 liters of water a day!
According to a nice formula you should drink 30 ml per kilogram of body weight. For example, someone with a weight of 70 kg should drink 2.1 liters of water a day: 0.03 liter x 70 kg
Of course, ambient temperature and physical effort also play an additional role!
Drink water and lose weight

In my e-book I have briefly discussed the hunger and thirst feeling and indicated that both can easily be interchanged with each other. The best way to separate each other's hunger and thirst is to drink before eating, which makes many animals too. :) We often choose a wine while eating or a cup of coffee after wards, something that only aggravates water shortages .
This way of eating and drinking is one of the main causes of obesity.

Drink half an hour before the meal about 0.5 liters of water!
It takes about half an hour before the body's search for water is separated from hunger to food. If you really listen to your body, the amount of food you take to you will drastically decrease and also the kind of trek will change.
