Frankly, that's not right. Because the most important step on the way to a healthier lifestyle (and therefore the first step) is drinking salt water. In other words, water with minerals. Why do we need salt water?

Without these minerals, these processes fail. That gives a form of stress to your body. Stress is not always "in your head." Stress can also mean that your body is drying out because it has a mineral deficiency. There you get complaints.
Starting to drink salt water is then a very good first step in resolving your symptoms. And a super nice step to hydrate your body in the right way.

How do you do that?
How do you do that? Buy a bag of Himalayan salt or Celtic Sea salt (for sale at the organic / EKO stores and perhaps the supermarket in your area already sells it). Dissolve 1/4 to a maximum of 1/2 teaspoon of this unrefined sea salt in one litre of water. Drink this salty water, which does not taste salty, during the day. Your body will be very grateful for it.
Ideally, you drink more than a litre of this water from your Brisbane floor standing water cooler in a day. Calculate 30 millilitres of water per kilo of body weight. Do you weigh 70 kilos? Then you drink 2.1 litres. Build this up. For example, you can agree with yourself that you drink a glass more every 1-2 days than the day before. So break your "water record" every time.
