And a supermarket is not exactly in that area at that moment and you probably do not have time for a detour. Even if free drinks are offered at work, keep in mind that you can still get thirsty while on the train, car or on foot. And maybe in the meantime you need a refreshment. And even without feeling thirsty you should drink more, because thirst only indicates that the body has a shortage of water. That way I could go on forever. By reading articles in blogs (like this one), magazines, on line magazines, etc., I make sure I keep an eye on it. In doing so, I am unconsciously acquiring a guilty conscience ... But if it really would take so much work to pour a glass of water (and then put it in the dishwasher), it would not be offered to you so quickly. And yes, you read that correctly: take a glass of water, even though coffee sometimes sounds more tempting. Another advantage of this trick: if someone else serves you something to drink, you often drink it out before you go again.
