Ginger tea

After mint tea ginger tea is now frequently ordered on the terraces. Why drinking water is good for your hair. And also at home we enjoy this cup of tea with spice. 1. Ginger and orange

Our absolute favorite, because the orange makes the tea a bit fresher and the ginger less sharp. And do not forget all those other citrus fruits: lemon, grapefruit, blood orange or lime. Everything is possible.

Ingredients
By the glass

1 (saté) stick
4 small slices of ginger
3 slices of orange
hot water
possibly some honey

PREPARATION
Take a (saté) skewer and drizzle ginger slices and orange slices.

Place the skewer with ginger and orange in the glass and fill with tea water.

Stir everything briefly and allow to draw for two minutes.

Add some honey if necessary.

2. Ginger and cinnamon

Cinnamon fits almost everywhere, also perfectly with ginger.

4 small slices of ginger
1 cinnamon stick
hot water
possibly honey

PREPARATION
Fill a long drink glass with the ginger and the cinnamon stick.

Pour in the tea.

Stir everything briefly and allow to draw for two minutes.

Add some honey if necessary.

3. Ginger and pineapple

For a tropical touch, add pineapple to your tea.

1 (saté) stick
4 small slices of ginger
2 slices of fresh pineapple
hot water
possibly honey

PREPARATION
Take a (saté) skewer and stick the slices of ginger and pineapple.

Put the stick with ginger and pineapple in the glass and fill with tea water.

Add some honey if necessary.

4. Ginger and cardamom

4 small slices of ginger
4 cardamom pods
hot water
possibly a pinch of cinnamon or honey

Fill a long drink glass with the ginger and the cardamom pods.

Stir briefly and allow to draw for two minutes.

Stir briefly and allow to draw for two minutes.

Soft drinks, up to 7 cubes of sugar. Healthy drinks instead of water. And possibly add some honey to taste. Tip! Do not leave your ginger tea too long, because then it can become very spicy! You can also choose to get the ginger out of the tea after a few minutes. The easiest way is to string the ginger on a skewer, so that you do not have to fish the pieces of ginger one by one.
