Ginger lemon tea with honey
Making honey and lemon tea with honey is very simple.
You need this:
This is how you make it:
Wash the lemons well and cut them into small pieces or strips and put - together with the juice that is released - into a pot. Then cut a few centimeters off the ginger and make small slices of it. That too goes into the pot. Then add a few scoops of honey and shake the pot well. Keep it in the refrigerator. Can you go to the toilet faster if you drink lukewarm water. Why do I have to pee so often. If you leave it for a few hours before use, all flavors and ingredients can mix well.
Tip: I always make this when a jar of honey is almost empty. As a result, I use all honey and the pot is completely empty when the tea is empty.
Use a jar of honey that is almost empty as the basis for the tea.
Drink it like a tea. Pour some of the lemon-honey-ginger mixture through a tea strainer into a glass. Pour hot water over and your tea is ready! Water cooler with or without filtration.
Tip: You can also add some cinnamon to this drink for the variation!
Drink tasty and above all: good health!
