Since I drink hot water I get quite a few questions and comments about it. "Hey bah what dirty and do you drink that all day?" "Why?" When I order hot water in a restaurant, I often get the tea box served. "Do you really not want a tea bag?" Lemon water is healthy and delicious.

Most people order cold water which is normally accepted. Only for the body is that not so normal, the body prefers warm water or at least water that is at body temperature.

Why not cold water

Drinking cold water cools our body and therefore our digestive system. This makes cold water less digestible. From the TCG and Ayurveda, it is important to maintain our digestive fire. Drinking cold water can extinguish this and cause digestive complaints. The cold water ends up in the stomach that cramps and can cause intestinal cramps or colic pain. It can also raise blood pressure because it causes the tissues to contract, cools and narrows blood vessels. Menstrual pains can be aggravated by drinking cold water.

The Japanese Masaru Emoto has done a lot of research into the memory of water. You could influence water with positive thoughts.

I myself filter the tap water via a Prestige Water Filter before I start boiling it, and then I put the boiled water in a thermos jug. I drink from this during the day. When the jug is empty I make another one. Sometimes I drink a cup of herbal tea for example Sage tea against night sweats and mucus formation. Or when I'm cleaning then drink 1 to 3 cups of herbal tea a day. The nice thing about this is that I no longer need other drinks, which can also be very good because I no longer eat refined sugars.

Give it a try too. I'm curious about your experiences.
