I drank 2 litres of water for 16 days and this is what it did to my skin

What does drinking water really does for your skin? How good is drinking 2 litres of water right now for your skin? Some studies say that you really get nicer skin and fewer wrinkles from drinking water, other researchers say that's just a fable. Cosmo's Lotte wanted to know what water really did for your skin and did the experiment.

My skin

Let's have a look at my skin for a moment. I think problem skin is the right description. Not that he is very fat or dry, but the last time I had even skin, I cannot remember anymore. Every day, I keep a thorough cleaning in the morning and in the evening and twice a week I treat my face with a scrub and a mask. During this experiment, I keep this regime in order to keep the conditions as normal as possible. Drinking lemon water in the morning is good for you. Water is an essential nutrient. Whether I drink 2 litres of water from your Water Cooler Bulgun every day? It's not like all my bumps that were already falling out of the snow before the sun, but seriously: my forehead has not been so flawless for years. My skin feels softer and - although it's not really seen in the photos - it seems to shine more. In advance, I only expected the traps to disappear under my eyes, but that has not happened again.

1. Why should you follow a detox cure?

  • One meal a day.
