Drinking water and Green tea

How can you apply water to your life so that it helps you lose weight, I will tell you today. Nowadays I drink almost only water and green tea, and wine on the weekend but that I should not teach you, of course. Alcohol is in fact very bad during weight loss. But more about that in a later lesson! Green tea does not work wonders, but see it as a substitute for coffee and normal tea. Do not drink sugar because of course that is not really a topper. Drinking water helps with losing some weight. Water is needed to keep you burning fat. We live in a time where soft drinks, coffee and tea have taken the position of water. It is very important to drink water every day! Every part of your body needs water to function properly, it is also a very simple way of losing weight. Drink about 5/6 bottles of water (0.5 litres) per day, for each meal one and in between also something. Also, make sure that you always have water at hand. Drinking water is often seen as difficult. But if you drink 5/6 bottles of water every day throughout the day, it is a small effort with great results!

Thirst and hunger often go together, so it is wise to always have one or two bottles of water at hand, do you tend to snack? First, drink a bottle before you go to dinner. (It could also be that you confuse your thirst with a hunger feeling, which is often the case!)
