Drinking water with fruit and spice
Juice, a healthy choiceOften we hear from mothers that their children are not drinking enough filtered water. With us that was the case when our child was small. By themselves they rarely grabbed something to drink. Personally, I like to drink water from our Prestige Water cooler, only because the water taste very good and very important minerals are added back to the water as well. Also all kids are happy to drink the water due to the fact it has a nice taste and the water is chilled. At home we hardly drink soda's but mostly cold water or hot tea. And at school they got a juice box, very healthy we found. In recent years it has become clear that fruit juice such as apple juice and orange juice are not at all that healthy to drink daily. The amount of sugar is shocking and would contribute to obesity and tooth decay. I can not imagine it all in and when I think back to elementary school time, with all the packages they drank is not as healthy as I then thought.
Enjoy flavored waterWhile exercising I always drink a lot of water and also in the sauna itself I drink lots of water. Of cause from my Prestige Water cooler. Immensely popular are the large jars with fruit water at the boulder of our son. Bouldering is climbing without a rope. And always when I go into the hall we actually drink a lot of water. I think it is tremendously tasty. And seems to really have created a hype in recent months. There is a wide range of water bottles with special containers or fruit Forum in the stores, you can often fill with flavored water.
