Combine Lemon with Ginger!

Lemon water liver detox
When you get up, you can drink lemon water for liver cleansing, a small detox. For this you can simply squeeze out a lemon in a glass with warm water (half cooked, half cold).

Lemon contains many nutrients such as minerals and vitamins that we need daily. Lemon contains vitamin C, flavonoids, vitamin B, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and fiber. Put a pot of strong tea with 1 liter of water and a lot of green tea.
Squeeze a lemon and orange above.
Peel a piece of ginger (2 cm), cut it into slices and add it.
Let everything go well and keep it in the fridge.
If it is too strong, mix it with cold water.
(Of course it tastes very different from the Ice Tea that can be bought as a soft drink, which is very sweet and nobody to recommend.)

Basis for cold or hot drinks
Do you have a juice machine or a slowjuicer then you can very easily make a basis for your drinks.
Make an amount of super strong base by preparing equal amount of lemon, ginger and mint in a machine to juice.
You mix this base with cold water for a fresh juice or boiled water for a spicy lemon tea. Pay attention! It is super concentrated so you really only need a little drip.
Keep the base in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator or freeze it in an ice cube tray. Then you can always throw 1 in a jug with water. It keeps your water nice and cold and in hot water it melts immediately! Better health with Prestige Water.
