The basis for cold or hot drinks

Do you have a juice machine or a slow juicer then you can very easily make a basis for your drinks?
Make an amount of super strong base by preparing an equal amount of lemon, ginger and mint in a machine to juice.
You mix this base with cold water for fresh juice or boiled water for spicy lemon tea. Pay attention! It is super concentrated so you really only need a little drip.

Keep the base in a sealed bottle in the refrigerator or freeze it in an ice cube tray. Then you can always throw 1 in a jug with water. It keeps your water nice and cold and in hot water, it melts immediately! Better health with Prestige Water.

Why is drinking water from your water cooler Logan Reserve important?

Drinking water is important for your body. It is very simple; if you drink too little or if you no longer drink at all, you will dry out.
